At Jewelszy.com, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 92.5 silver jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
✅ The item is returned in its original packaging, with tags, certificates (if any), and invoice
✅ The item is not a customized or personalized product

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or engraved jewelry

• Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events (unless defective)

• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@jewelszy.com or WhatsApp us at +91-78967-50590 within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Mention your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and attach a clear photo of the item.

3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions. You must ship the product back within 3 working days.

📦 Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

• Our quality control team will inspect the product within 2–3 business days.

• If the return is approved, you will be eligible for a refund or store credit (as per your choice).

5. Refund Method

✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original method of payment or as store credit, within 5–7 business days of approval.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof

• We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, based on availability

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us via email or phone.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process.
